How to Get Here: If travelling on Route 2 from the greater Fredericton or Moncton areas, take Exit 330 at Upper Gagetown and proceed south on Route 102 to the Village of Gagetown - approximately 10 km. If travelling on Route 7 from the greater Saint John area, take Exit 80 at Grand Bay-Westfield and proceed north on Route 102 to the Village of Gagetown - approximately 65 km.

Midway: Provided by Hinchey’s Rides and Amusements, Sydney, Nova Scotia. Midway runs from approx 12:00 noon - 11:00 p.m., Thursday - Saturday depending on attendance and weather;
Sunday approx 12:00 noon - 5:00 p.m. depending on attendance and weather. Midway Regular Prices: book of 15 tickets for $15.00 SPECIAL: On Thursday from 12:00 noon until 6:00 p.m. ONLY, tickets are two for the price of one, i.e. 30 tickets for $15.00, buy as many as you want - the tickets can be used all four days.
We draw your attention to the following fair rules and regulations: Rule 32. Pony rides will not be permitted.
Rule 33. No dogs allowed on the fairgrounds with the exception of service animals. Please don’t leave dogs unattended in vehicles.
Rule 34. To avoid congestion on the fairgrounds during the fair and when picking up exhibits, entrance to the grounds will be controlled as follows: · 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday during the light horse classes, the only vehicles authorized to enter/exit, other than emergency vehicles, will be those of the entertainers going to and from the outdoor stage. · 5:00 p.m. on Sunday when the fair closes, livestock trucks and trailers can enter to load animals. · 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Sunday the gates will be opened for passenger vehicles to enter for picking up exhibits. Exhibitors are asked to not block the exhibit building entrance with their vehicles.
Parking: Large lot adjacent to the fairgrounds. Parking fee: $4.00 per day or $12.00 for four days. An area is reserved in the parking lot near the main entrance on a first come first served basis for persons with disabilities. There is a designated area in the parking lot for trailer and RV parking. Fee: $25.00 plus HST per single night or $100.00 plus HST for the four days of the exhibition. Space provided for trailer and tow vehicle only.
Accessibility: Most venues are wheelchair accessible; however, the grounds are somewhat rough in various areas so care should be exercised.
Entry Form: Entry forms are on the website in Adobe PDF at the entry forms, rules and regulations tab. Click on the links to download and print the relevant entry form or the entry form can be obtained at the fair office when you arrive with your exhibits on Tuesday or Wednesday (except for livestock exhibitors, see Rule 29).
Exhibits: Exhibits in Sections 11 and 31-49 inclusive can be delivered on Tuesday, from 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon. Check the other Sections for specific timings that may differ from above. All exhibits must be left on display until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.
