Admission:
Day Admission: $7.00, HST included
4-day pass: $25.00, HST included
Friday, September 16, Senior Citizens: $5.00, HST included
Children 12 and under: admitted free all four days
NO REFUNDS
All exhibitors, employees and visitors must obtain tickets or passes upon entry to the Fair.

Children’s Day Thursday, September 15 (see SPECIAL Midway ticket prices listed below).

Midway: Provided by Hinchey’s Rides and Amusements, Sydney, Nova Scotia. Midway runs from approx 10:00 am - 11:00 pm, Thursday - Saturday depending on attendance and weather; Sunday approx 10:00 am - 7:00 pm depending on attendance and weather.

Midway Prices:
Regular Prices: one ticket $l.25; 15 tickets for $15.00; 30 tickets for $25.00;
SPECIAL: On Thursday from 12:00 noon until 6:00 pm ONLY tickets are two for the price of one, i.e. 30 tickets for $15.00, buy as many as you want - the tickets can be used all four days.
Sunday is bracelet day: $24.00

Parking:
Large lot adjacent to the fair grounds. Parking is managed by the Gagetown Recreation Council. Parking fee: $3.00 per day or $10.00 for four days. An area is reserved in the parking lot near the main entrance on a first come first served basis for persons with disabilities. There is a designated area in the parking lot for trailer and RV parking. Fee: $15.00 plus HST per day or $60.00 plus HST for the four days.

Accessibility:
Most venues are wheelchair assessable; however, the grounds are somewhat rough in areas so care should be exercised.

Entry Form:
Entry forms are on the website in Adobe PDF. Click on the links to download and print the relevant entry form or they can be obtained at the fair office when you arrive with your exhibits (except for livestock exhibitors - see Rule 29).

Exhibits: Exhibits in Sections 11, 31-49 inclusive can be delivered on Tuesday, September 13, from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm and on Wednesday, September 14, from 9:00 am - 12:00 noon. Check the other Sections for specific timings that may differ from above. Exhibits cannot be removed before 5:00 pm on Sunday, September 18.
